So Friday...the 4th? 3rd? I don't feel like looking at a calender lol but I washed my hair...I got a video for it -Just for comparison between aubrey organics and Cantu. Um...........I had a video with me actually measuring my hair (it's 12 inches in the front, 13 in the middle and the very very back is 7 inches) but I accidentally deleted it. I put my hair in flat twists using my mix of cantu leave in and oils (which isn't the greatest lol) and went shopping. Four hours later I took it down and partied hardy lol. When I got home I put my hair under a bonnet and went to sleep (I was too under the influence for anything else...lbs)
The following day I stretched my hair using the cantu moisturizer and put it into flat twists before I worked out. Then I took it down.........and partied hardy. again. (below is how I wore my hair)Which means when I got home I put my hair under the bonnet. The problem with the bonnet is like I get mad bed head it is the most unattractive thing EVER! When I woke up a few hours later I put it in a ponytail and went to work. Later that night I put the front of my hair in two strand twists and curled it. I have a video for that too.
Monday...Labor Day
So I slept most of this day lol....but after my workout I put the back of my hair in a ponytail and went out. When I returned I just put the curls back in rollers and put on the bonnet.
Tuesday Sept 7th
wore a knitted beret cap. I LOVE IT. I can stick to this I believe. C'MON HAIR GROWTH!
I told a white coworker of mine how long it takes to wash, condition and set/braid my hair (over an hour...like two) He was SO SHOCKED and I was kinda complaining about it and I was like here's the gotcha...I'm trying to grow my hair and he said, "What do you mean trying? You just don't cut it." O...dear white boy..........it ain't that simple. Sincerely, the black girl lol
I wanna wash or rinse the back of my hair I GOT MAD product buildup. I hate the way my hair feels right now. ......I need some new products...I also need some white vinegar. I'm still waiting on my refund check so I can order Komaza and give that a try before Oyin. Until NEXT WEEK MY LOVES
ur hair looks super cute, i been looking for items i can buy to put my hair in but no look in Portugal yet, but I did find a black salon that does braids. I'm also trying to grow out my hair, and why not in another country where no one knows me..lol
ReplyDeletei recommend using olive oil replenishing conditioner, just use a lot. It makes ur hair smell really good, but besides that it detangles it. also check out clutchmagonline.com they have good info about shampooing and conditioner hair to make it grow with healthy stuff, like one i read was honey and apple vinager. another was like avogado and aloe vera.
