Yo, I watched the 3rd edition of documentary (though it has a fourth, I wasn't able to rent it though I have to watch it at the library) and it was life changing.........or rather.....reaffirming. I can only provide the link to what I found on youtube of it but you should DEFINITELY go find it somewhere and WATCH IT
